Opiniones

Regarding the comment about neglected elderly residents, I'll say this: if anyone can treat elderly people better than these fantastic people, they should come here. I've been coming once a week for many years, and I've never been able to say that my aunt is poorly cared for. She's clean, well-groomed, and well-dressed. It's easy to say they're poorly looked after, but these people treat their residents like family. Even the lady who works in the kitchen in Alcolea del Rio sings and dances for her. What more could you ask for? I don't think so. In my opinion, they deserve more stars than the ones they gave in the review. All the best, and Merry Christmas to everyone—residents and staff alike.

The best senior living facility I've ever been to. The staff are wonderful, very attentive and caring, always looking out for the elderly. Excellent cleanliness, wonderful food, and a spectacular atmosphere. Highly recommended, without a doubt.

My grandfather was admitted on March 12th. We were told wonderful things about the place, but they didn't tell us that there wasn't enough staff, and those who were there, or still are, weren't very qualified. On one of our visits, on the 14th, we found my grandfather lying on the floor of his room without a diaper and, most importantly, without his medication (inhalers, masks, oxygen, etc.). The ICU staff came quickly; his condition was very serious. He was in intensive care for a week. I went to the center twice to look for the director, but I never found her. The only one who deigned to give me an explanation was the social worker. While a nurse was asking me for the pills my grandfather had left over and giving me the bill for the entire month (at that moment, it was the least of my worries), her lack of humanity was even more pronounced. Then we took him home, where he died a month later. I would never put anyone I cared about in that place. NEVER

The worst part is the lack of staff; for the number of elderly people there, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
