La Residencia Santísima Trinidad destaca especialmente por su excepcional equipo internacional (Sara, Felix y Mario), quienes brindan un servicio empático y profesional en inglés, facilitando trámites de seguros y acompañamiento médico para estudiantes extranjeros. Sin embargo, los tiempos de espera en urgencias pueden ser prolongados (hasta 2 horas) y existen limitaciones administrativas como la imposibilidad de obtener justificantes médicos escolares, lo que obliga a repetidas visitas al servicio de emergencia.

I am an Erasmus student and I was helped by the 3 international doctors Felix, Sara, and Mario. They speak English very good and translated for me at the doctor's office. I'm very thankful for their help! Although, I needed to wait 2 hours in the emergency room, which was way too much, and the insurance paperwork also takes a while. Also, the doctor cannot give a sick note for school, only attendance in the hospital for that day. This is very annoying, because you need to go back and wait in the emergency room everyday for an attendance note.

Everything went great for me. Sara, the lady who signed me up and dealt with the insurance papers (that was the part that took the longest) was lovely. It took 10 minutes to be called by the doctor, I was lucky and really enjoyed how quick it was.

I needed help and was pleasantly surprised that I went to the hospital in Salamanca and checked into the international department with a customer service person named Felix who did a superb job of understanding the situation and pointed me in the right direction to start feeling better Neal

Everything went well, the international department helped me with having appointments, gone with me to the doctor office and they were willing to help if you cant speak Spanish
