Sin embargo, una reseña reciente expresa preocupación sobre una disminución en la calidad del servicio de cocina y atención en el comedor, sugiriendo inconsistencias que contrastan con las experiencias positivas generalizadas de otros residentes y familias.

I didn't want to post anything, but... my aunt has been hospitalized twice. The first time was in 2020, right in the middle of the pandemic. Wonderful treatment, wonderful care... Very good. The second time was a month ago. Quite the opposite. The kitchen service was terrible, and the service from the caregivers in the dining room was terrible. My aunt is very sensitive and has had a really hard time. She didn't know, and still doesn't know, why all the scolding, why all the arguments... Absolutely disappointed. I'm not giving it one star because there has always been someone professional there, but it's nothing like 2020.

We were so lucky to find this care home. Unfortunately, our father was only there for a short time. But from the very first moment, we could see the incredible work done by everyone who works there. The cleanliness, the care, the food... I want to express my deepest gratitude to everyone. Angelica, the director, is a wonderful professional and a truly kind person. M. Concepcion Garcia Calama. For seven years, this was our mother's home. When she was diagnosed with advanced Alzheimer's disease and required continuous, specialized care, we decided to place her here. Now that she is no longer with us, I want to express my gratitude for the highly professional care she received, but above all, I want to emphasize the love we always felt for her and for her caregivers. A wonderful place for our elderly relatives. Our father lived there and we were delighted with the care, the staff, the facilities... in short, with everything. All the staff are kind and friendly. A truly excellent residence!

This is a wonderful place to take our loved ones when they need it. The service, organization, patience, and dedication are excellent. The facilities are well-maintained. There are few complaints, and those raised are addressed.
