La residencia "Colisée Santa Marta" presenta opiniones muy divididas, con experiencias extremadamente positivas que destacan la calidad de atención, limpieza e instalaciones, pero también relatos muy preocupantes sobre desorganización, errores médicos graves y presuntos robos sin respuesta institucional. Mientras algunos familiares elogian calurosamente el personal y la atención personalizada, otros reportan situaciones de negligencia que han afectado seriamente la salud y el bienestar emocional de los residentes, sin que la dirección haya tomado medidas correctivas adecuadas.

This care home is a disaster, completely disorganized, and no one takes responsibility for the staff's mistakes. We arrived late to the hospital for a major surgery due to nursing errors. They almost canceled the surgery because we arrived around the scheduled admission time. We left the care home at the time we were supposed to be admitted. It was utter chaos. We left the care home around 8:50 am, when we should have been in the hospital waiting for surgery. Furthermore, they had to manually lift a resident with rigidity and hemiplegia from their wheelchair onto the stretcher, always to the detriment of the resident. There's no way to compensate for such an unpleasant situation for a resident. It's all surreal.

I congratulate the residence on all the staff and the personal attention they give to the residents. My uncle lives here, and I'm very satisfied with the residence in general, including the doctors, nurses, activities team, and management. Warmest regards to everyone.

THEY ARE SHAMELESS!!!! My grandmother hasn't been there for 2 months, our surprise is that a month later, a worker rips off her gold chain, while putting on her pajamas at night, treating her very badly and making my grandmother see that she didn't understand things, she tells her that it was broken and that she left it on the nightstand, which is a LIE, mistreatment, from a person who leaves a lot to be desired, the next morning the chain was not where that person had said, therefore (SHE MUST HAVE STOLEN IT) my grandmother tells the family, and not even the supervisors of the center or the director himself have done anything about it! And the only thing they say is that the contract says that they are not responsible for what is lost, which HASN'T BEEN LOST! This lady must have stolen it or who knows what! And that's the solution they give you! They are shameless, I hope their relatives are not treated like that, and that they are not given those responses anywhere they go... It is no longer the money that the gold chain is worth, it is the treatment towards my grandmother and the sentimental value that she had towards that chain.

Excellent care for residents. Very clean, highly recommended. Has a chapel and many recreational options.

Everything was great. We used the residence for recovery from surgery. The care and attention were excellent, and the staff were very friendly. The food was very good.
