Opiniones

    Great residence and well run

A terrible experience, it's like a house of horrors. They're completely neglected. Every time you go, they have them all alone in a freezing courtyard. The first day I found it like that, I asked if there was no heating, and she said very confidently, "Yes, yes, of course there's underfloor heating..." She was silent for a few seconds and then said, "But it doesn't work." Basically, there wasn't any. The radiators in the rooms were always cold; in the short time I was there, I never saw them turned on. The staff dining room was awful. Those who could manage a halfway decent meal ate, but the rest were throwing food all over themselves because they couldn't, and nobody helped them... because, of course, finding available staff was a miracle. The coordination between the staff was nonexistent. You'd ask questions, and they'd blame each other and never knew anything. All of this happened in just one week because I ran away from there. I'd never seen anything like it, and I'd been warned, but at that time, it was the first time we'd been there. Of course, now I understand that they always have rooms available. The day I went to pick up his things, another disaster. They had lost documents, and in his suitcase they had put his roommate's clothes, but not only that, medicines that weren't his—they must have belonged to the other man. Which makes me think that the medication control... I don't even want to think about what it was like, of course. Oh, and one thing that terrified me was one day finding a woman with clear dementia holding a dining room knife, screaming in the hallways, "We're going to kill you all and make you let us out of here!"... and people were walking right past her and nobody did anything. Anyway, it was a total house of horrors... What a change! Where my father is now is nothing like that, thank God.

Terrible experience. Even if you have no other option, do not take your loved ones there. The care and attention are deplorable. During my grandmother's stay, the hygiene was appalling and there was no attention at night. The residents are completely neglected. Do not choose this place!

A great team of professionals. Both Nuria, the new director, and the social worker, Noelia, are always attentive, sensitive, and efficient in everything we, as family members and patients, need. The nursing staff is excellent, as are the assistants in the dining room and other services. I won't name everyone, but I'm happy with the treatment. Rehabilitation is my priority, and Mario is doing everything possible to promote my mother's mobility. I have no hesitation in recommending this nursing home.

My parents have been here for six months and we are delighted with the care from all the staff. Nuria and Noelia are especially attentive to their every need, as are the caregivers on the floor and the staff in general. They are very happy. They do daily exercise, rehabilitation, and various other activities, and the staff is always coming up with something new to keep their stay from becoming routine. Communication with the family is excellent. I would recommend it without hesitation.
