Santa Justa debe su nombre a Doña Justa Herreros de Tejada y García . Natural de Lumbreras de Cameros, al fallecer en 1912 recogió en su testamento su voluntad de nombrar “ herederos absolutos de mis bienes a las viudas y pobres de solemnidad y ancianos de la ciudad de Logroño, para lo cual harán una Casa-Asilo donde puedan recogerse ”.

La Residencia Santa Justa presenta una experiencia muy polarizada según sus usuarios: mientras muchas familias elogian genuinamente la calidad del cuidado, la amabilidad del equipo profesional y las excelentes instalaciones, otros residentes y sus familias reportan problemas graves como cobros injustificados que no se corrigen y deficiencias en la atención médica y de enfermería en momentos críticos. We are very disappointed with the Santa Justa Residence due to the injustice the management is committing against a family member. According to a sign posted in the building's hallway, they have different rates for private admissions. Our family member entered without a disability rating, was assessed, and was granted Level 1 dependency, yet they are charging as if they were severely dependent. They took a very long time to meet with us to rectify the error and refuse to correct it; they want us to continue paying the same rates.

A fantastic team of professionals and wonderful people, psychologist Fernando and occupational therapist Itziar, along with their students (beautiful grandmothers) at the Patín Nursery School, during various activities. I especially loved how the grandmothers reminisced about their childhood songs, full of love and enthusiasm. A truly brilliant experience with such radiant people. Looking forward to seeing them again 🫶🏽 and thank you so much for your kindness ❣️.

I am grateful for the care my mother received; during our walks along the banks of the Ebro, she never complained about the attention she received, how they helped her eat, or how they kept her clean. I am especially grateful for the understanding shown by the center's director on her last day, the loving care she received from the nursing staff, and the visits from the staff to her room to check on her. She is now where she wanted to be, with her husband and parents.

My mother died in that institution, and I stand by my review published five months ago. "The new director, the medical staff, and the nursing staff are very deficient professionally and show very little compassion in their treatment of patients during critical moments. The new management is only interested in the political aspects of the institution, even at the expense of the residents not receiving adequate care. It's a shame because the facilities, the support staff, and the supervisors are acceptable." I am neither a former employee of that center nor have I ever had any employment relationship with it.
