Opiniones

The residence is just a facade. The Director, Raul, the Supervisors, and other managers force everyone to adhere to: "THE CODE OF SILENCE" regarding what really happens inside with our relatives. You can only speak with the Supervisors, who tell you what they want you to know about your relative's daily life; the reality is quite different. Supervisor Jery, in particular, lacks any ethics. The care for the elderly is appalling in every aspect and is getting worse. What they claim to do doesn't match reality. There is no human compassion, only a desire to cover up what really happens inside from the families. Family members have to constantly monitor everything. The elderly are unprotected. I do not recommend it, and unfortunately, this group, Gerontorioja or Gerontoebro, also manages other residences in La Rioja.

A good senior residence, with excellent treatment from the staff. Lots of activities and very active people. It's a shame it's so overcrowded now.

We would like to thank the Center for the care our father received from the staff, highlighting their empathy, human qualities, and professionalism. We felt informed and supported. The facilities are very well adapted to the needs of the elderly. There is a great deal of transparency and freedom for families to move around the Center. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Not recommended at all. We left my wife's grandmother there, and at first, she told us she almost fell while going to the bathroom. We didn't believe her until my wife stayed overnight, and then we saw she was right. My wife had to help her because as soon as a staff member came by, she kept falling. Thanks to my wife being there, she didn't fall. Besides the lack of care and respect with which she was treated that night, it seems to me they take advantage of the fact that they are elderly. The staff has very little compassion.

The worst place to take your elderly relatives. There's a staff shortage, but the worst part is the lack of compassion. My mother died alone due to the staff's negligence and ego. We weren't allowed to be with her in her final moments. It's an affront to human dignity. Although they advertise incredible facilities and services, the reality is very different.
