Las críticas son unánimes y severas, sin mencionar aspecto positivo alguno, lo que sugiere problemas estructurales profundos en la calidad de la atención y en la formación del personal que atiende a los mayores.

Terrible treatment. The Director, after a resident died on a Saturday, only notified them on Wednesday, but when it came to calling to have the body taken to the morgue, they called immediately. Because of her, the Health Department was forced to embalm and cremate the deceased. A woman with no manners and even less empathy to run a nursing home or any job. Knowing that I was the one who hung up on her whenever she felt like it. I'd rather die in the street than in that place. Take care of your elders; they deserve it.

Terrible care for our elderly. Unfortunately, my mother was there, and if I hadn't gone, she would have died without them even noticing. Three months ago, my mother passed away, and when I arrived at 5:00 PM, I found her in her wheelchair, completely tilted to one side and struggling to breathe, despite the doctor's recommendation to have her in an armchair due to her health issues. Seeing her in that condition, I asked for the on-call doctor, who, coincidentally, wasn't there that day. They wanted to leave her in her room, but I refused, seeing her state, and asked for the doctor again. When an on-call doctor arrived and examined her, he questioned how they could have left her in that condition without taking her to the emergency room, and she was urgently transferred. Hours later, my mother died. There had been numerous instances of negligence, and they only reacted for two or three days. By the fourth day, everything was back to the way it was: neglected, unkempt, her belongings were missing and marked, her medication was being administered incorrectly—in short, a whole host of problems. I do not recommend this residence for our elderly; they are our loved ones and deserve the best, and this residence is not that. Mom, you know from heaven that I am telling the truth. Forgive them if you can, because I cannot.

As someone who has experienced this care home firsthand, before placing any family member here, they should be aware of the shortcomings: - One resident had to eat her lentils in her chair because of the lack of space that day; there was no table available. - Some staff members left residents' hair wet at the start of the day, leaving it unfinished. - They lacked tact and patience. While some residents may be more impatient and intense, they should be treated with the utmost respect. Having said all this, this care home has made me extremely reluctant to send my parents to one in the future.

Today I was surprised to see residents of Caser boarding the city bus, wheelchairs included, to get to Logroño and see the triumphal arch. My question is, can't they afford to rent a private bus anymore? It seems dangerous to send them on the city buses because, of course, each one only fits two wheelchairs, and we know there are quite a few of them, including several people who need assistance. Well, look what we've come to.
