I'm giving one star because I can't give any. The nursing home is terrible in every way. The treatment of residents is very kind, but few solutions. The organization is horrible, and the care of the residents leaves much to be desired. The director hasn't been seen nor is he expected to be. There is a lack of staff to meet all the residents' needs.

I've had the pleasure of visiting the residence on multiple occasions over the past few years, and the staff has always been very attentive and friendly. Something that surprised and particularly pleased me was the manager's warm and friendly attitude. I think the facilities are unbeatable; such spaciousness and light are unusual in such a well-connected and centrally located facility. The garden is splendid, very well maintained, and brings great joy to the residents. Without a doubt, I believe that both the staff and the facilities bring life and help improve the mood of the residents at Acacias. Thank you for your attitude and the care with which you work.

I had a temporary stay and left very satisfied. The staff were incredibly kind and professional; the social worker was a delight! A well-deserved 5-star residence. The underfloor heating doesn't agree with me, but some people might prefer the coolness in their rooms during the summer. The entire building is very modern and spotless.

They make a lot of money off the poor grandparents, €2,500, €3,000. For each poor grandparent, they get nothing from a luxury residence, understaffed, poor food in both quantity and quality, and scammers. They know the day and date of the inspection, and on that day they hire people for just one day, just one day to pass the inspection since they don't comply with the ratio of staff per hospitalized grandparent. And anyway, a relative was in a very bad way. Ahh, and they're lying, ufffff. They say they shower the grandparents every day or at most, depending on the staff, every other day. My mother stayed at the residence for a while after hip surgery and was happy there. The private room was a great choice. The facilities are very good.
