It's an exceptional residence, with excellent service and a pleasant atmosphere. It has beautiful gardens and everything is well maintained, especially the individualized attention they give to each of our seniors, making the process as smooth as possible. I took my mother there because I'd heard great things about the residence, but I'm taking her back because the experience has been anything but pleasant. The person acting as head housekeeper has absolutely no professional experience. My mother left dehydrated, she had constant urinary tract infections, and she always said it was normal... and the hygiene kept getting worse, there was no access to the rooms, too many elderly residents and not enough staff. The manager is only interested in making a good impression on the families, all talk and no action.
