Opiniones

My in-laws stayed there about 15 years ago, and my grandmother still lives there today. It's an exceptional center. The staff is lovely and very caring with the residents. The food is very good, and the activity leader comes every day except Thursdays. With only 12 beds, it has a very close-knit, family-like atmosphere. I highly recommend it.

This center offers exceptionally high-quality care, with wonderful professionals who provide incredibly compassionate and caring treatment. The facilities are excellent and very comfortable. I am so grateful for all the care my mother receives; it was definitely the right choice.

It's a quiet place and the care is good; the staff are nice, except for one or two older women who are rather grumpy. As for occupational therapy, it's absolutely useless. The person in charge is completely incompetent; it's all just talk. There are plenty of unemployed people who genuinely want to work. If they ignore the residents, it's no wonder they're bored every day. It's just throwing money away, and I imagine management won't even notice. Let them try to sell that line to someone else!

I would never leave a loved one in that place. My mother went a couple of times to spend the afternoon and said she didn't want to go back because they had the adults all asleep and numb. Years later, one of my mother's cousins was admitted, and the few times I was able to speak to her, all she asked was for me to get her out of there. They didn't put my calls through, always with excuses, and to reach her, I had to use a different name and voice. With that practice, I realized my calls wouldn't stop; they tried to isolate her, perhaps on the orders of those who brought her there. Her heart held out for two months.

A quality center, the treatment of users is very appropriate, and the staff is very caring toward our seniors. This is noticeable when, in my case, my mother-in-law wants to come back as soon as she leaves. They are very attentive to their customers.
