DomusVi Lalín destaca por su excelente atención al personal y ambiente acogedor, con profesionales muy dedicados y amables que brindan tranquilidad a las familias de los residentes. Sin embargo, hay preocupaciones menores sobre el mantenimiento de las instalaciones, específicamente en la limpieza de los pisos, que requeriría mejora. En general, la residencia ofrece una experiencia muy positiva comparable a estar en casa.

A pleasant establishment located away from the city in a green setting. The people I met, such as Pilar and Aldana at reception, the nurse, and the social worker, were extremely kind and very helpful.

Highlighting the professionalism and human quality of the people who work here; The communication and information provided to the Resident's Family is outstanding, excellent and friendly! I'd like to take this opportunity to thank Raquel in Management, Pilar at Reception (always up to the task, with a very unique, empathetic, and charismatic attitude), the doctors, nurses, drivers, the former management, and the entire team! The floor is terrible, with black shadows of dirt. You should consider using the product (Natural Stone Care) floor cleaner to clean natural stone surfaces, and it would be completely white.

Like at home. It's hard to leave a family member (due to family needs), but I have to say that this residence (which is like a hotel) has given me complete peace of mind when leaving my mother. It's worth highlighting the treatment of all the professionals... as I said at the beginning, it's like leaving your loved one at home.
