NO se crean nada de este lugar. Nuestra madre estuvo en esta residencia hasta que un dia hizo la maleta y salió por su propio pie. A día de hoy sigue teniendo un trauma. La comida pre cocinada es una vergüenza, el Personal no está cualificado y claramente solo importa el negocio. Eso si: de puertas para fuera está muy bien vendido. Mucho cuidado con esta residencia. Al final nuestros mayores un día cuidaron de nosotros, ahora nos toca a nosotros saber muy bien dónde pasan esta etapa de sus vidas.

It was truly a pleasant surprise for me to see how your center works on a human level. You always offer kind words, and best of all, whenever I left the center to visit my father, I was very proud that I hadn't made a mistake admitting him to you until his final days. I would like you to please extend this gratitude to the entire staff, especially Eva (the social worker), Loli, Roció, Ángeles, Begoña, Ana, Mirian, and, of course, my dear doctors, who are always so attentive and provide me with all kinds of information. Please take care of your team, which is some of the best I've ever met on a human level, and I promise you that I know a lot about that. A good team is essential for everything to flow smoothly. I won't stop telling anyone who asks me that this is my home; that's how I felt. How could I forget who my father always told me about, the maintenance man Fabian, who, even though it wasn't his job, would come into my father's room to say hello. And these are his words. He told me I was his friend Fabian, who put up with him for so long, using the phone he gave him so he could call the maids. And what can I say about Anxo, where my father felt incredibly comfortable? Forgive me if I've forgotten anyone, and especially the girls who cared for him daily, putting up with everything they had to endure, always with care. I also want to thank you for the beautiful bouquet of flowers you sent to the funeral home on the day of his death. I didn't want to fail to express my feelings for you because I'm so proud to have found you along the way. Everyone comments on how expensive nursing homes are, but never when you see how your loved one is treated in your facilities. I apologize if I've forgotten anyone, but this comes from my heart. It's a residence unlike any other. The dedication, care, and attention given to the residents is second to none. It's a five-star hotel in an extraordinary location. My father lives there, and he's delighted; he's improved in the short time he's been a resident. A perfect ten for all the staff.
