I've always liked the center and the staff. It's a private center that was initially owned by investors who prioritize profit, which is why some of the benefits for residents won't be implemented to save money. I advise family members who depend on the center (because of their loved one) not to neglect visiting and caring for their loved one, as it's up to them to ensure their loved one doesn't feel abandoned. The staff there do their best to make everyone feel comfortable. You, as a family member, are essential...

It always amuses me how bad experiences are the first to be mentioned, but good ones, never. I've been with family members at that day center or in the cafeteria countless times, complaining about their loved one being taken away, and then, as soon as they visit other centers, they realize the reality. That this center is a HOME, that this is the home of the elderly who live here, and that my grandfather always called it "his home." Eternally grateful for everything.

Very bad experience, exorbitant price, rooms that don't match the price. My mother stayed for 5 days; the second day she fell and cut her forehead. Without saying anything, they charged us a deposit. We took my mother out and they told us it takes two months to get the deposit back, but we paid for the month, and even after almost a month since leaving, they still haven't refunded the month we paid... a very bad experience. Why can't you give a negative rating if they didn't take it away?

It's always difficult to entrust the care of your loved ones to others, especially if they are elderly and no longer able to care for themselves. You feel guilty and just look for a place where they will be cared for, protected, and respected above all else. Well, doing so with this nursing home has been a great success. I can't thank you enough for the great work you do.
