The director of this care home is a disgrace. My mother was a resident there. I told her to notify me of any changes in my mother's health, and of course, if she passed away. My mother became very ill, and she only notified my brother. I couldn't say goodbye to her; I only found out about her death the next day through a condolence message on WhatsApp, since my brother didn't even call me. This woman was informed of the poor relationship with my brother, and we asked her to notify me herself. AND SHE DIDN'T.
