La Residencia Santa Teresa A Cañiza recibe valoraciones muy positivas, destacando especialmente la calidad del personal, la atención personalizada, la limpieza impecable y el trato afectuoso con los residentes, incluso aquellos con dependencias complejas como el Alzheimer. La única crítica recurrente es la falta de un jardín o espacio exterior dentro de las instalaciones, aunque los residentes pueden realizar paseos en el entorno cercano, y en general los usuarios la recomiendan ampliamente.

My father spent a few months in that care home and was always very well cared for: clean, shaved, well-dressed, and so on, despite being completely dependent. The staff were very kind and attentive. Both Mimi (the director) and Lorena (who was in charge of the afternoon shift) were always very accommodating when it came to coordinating our work schedules with visiting hours. The only thing I missed was a garden to go outside to when the weather was nice, but we could take him for walks outside.

All the staff are very friendly, the treatment is ten out of ten, affectionate with the people, very attentive to the people they have there, which sometimes is not easy. Great. The director Mimi is in everything, she has top marks, very good staff, especially C.C.P for her commitment to attention, which is top marks.

Excellent service and treatment; they were very attentive and caring with my mother. It just needs a garden or some outdoor space for walks, although you can take them for walks in the surrounding area. Otherwise, so far, so good.

We currently have our mother-in-law in the nursing home. She suffers from Alzheimer's. The most important thing for seniors with this condition is care. I'll tell you that there's a fabulous team here, which gives people a very good sense of peace of mind. I recommend it. Overall, the service, cleanliness, food, and so on are excellent.
