Santa Marta isn't just a nursing home... it's a very large house where you're welcomed, cared for, and surrounded by love and peace from the moment you arrive. That's how my husband felt during his time as a resident, until the end, always feeling like he was part of a family and receiving incredible care. And I will never stop being grateful for the great support and affection I received from everyone. I won't name anyone for fear of forgetting someone, but ALL THE STAFF WHO WORK THERE, THE SISTERS, THE MOTHER, AND THE OTHER RESIDENTS... THANK YOU. I only want to mention Sister Consuelo and Sister Ana María, who helped and hugged me every single day.

I have family in this residence, and I can only say good things about it: 1. The facilities are very good: dining rooms, auditorium, gym, church, gardens, huge rooms with great views of the garden or the sea... hairdresser... 2. The food is very good, as they have their own kitchen, and it shows. 3. The staff is generally very friendly. There are always some people who love what they do and others who do it out of obligation, but it's like any job. More staff is always needed, especially in this type of facility, where the more hands there are, the better our seniors are cared for. It has a multidisciplinary team: physiotherapists, nurses, social workers, psychologist, hairdresser, podiatrist... The residents are divided into different areas. They have an area on the third floor for able-bodied people, divided into two wings: women and men. The second is for people who already need help, and the first is for the infirmary. Married couples are in the men's wing. 4. As for the price, it's unbeatable for what a residence costs these days. The hard part is getting a spot, as there are long waiting lists.

My parents are currently living there. We're delighted, both they and all my siblings. The facilities are top-notch. The food is excellent. The cleanliness is impeccable. The service is wonderful. The garden is a real treat. Everything is fantastic.

I just called to ask for information. Not even a "good morning." The woman told me there's no information until September, if they even want it, and hung up on me. I find that very rude.

I can only say good things about this Residence, very clean and pleasant, with a very pretty garden, spacious and well-kept rooms and common areas, and the treatment is very kind and affectionate, with therapies and activities adapted to each situation, it has a very familiar and calm atmosphere, they also have a chapel in the center itself, which makes it possible to attend religious services despite mobility limitations.
