Opiniones

Thank you!!! You took impeccable care of my mother. 5 stars, and if there were more, I'd give you even more. Highly qualified staff and perfect care for the patient and family. Thank you, everyone!

The facilities are clearly neglected and in a deplorable state. The gardens, which should be a haven of tranquility, are overgrown and forgotten, as is the area designated for walks with the elderly, which is crumbling all over. For years, residents' personal belongings have been disappearing from the closets, and no one knows anything or takes responsibility. The cobblestone parking area causes a constant wobble that makes it impossible to take my grandmother out without her getting a headache. To top it all off, a lamp in the entrance has been broken for over a year, and no one has done anything about it. And while all this is happening, the caregivers gather right next door, talking loudly, using profanity, and sharing their personal matters on cell phones and hands-free devices, displaying questionable professionalism at the worst possible time and place. This ironic and disturbing situation reflects a systemic neglect and a complete lack of respect for those who should be cared for with dignity.

I highly recommend this residence. My brother lived there for a year. From day one, he was treated with exceptional care by all the staff. I would especially like to highlight the team of Nancy and Cecilia (Social and Cultural Activities Coordinator and Occupational Therapist), the physiotherapy staff, doctors, nursing staff, caregivers, and reception staff. The advice provided by the Social Workers, Nuria and Ana, was particularly helpful to the family. As for the facilities, they are spacious, clean, and modern. Families are also welcome to accompany the resident freely throughout the entire facility (always respecting meal times, rest periods, etc.), which allows for continuous contact between the family and their loved one.

Professional and qualified staff, fully equipped and accessible facilities, an older but practical building. Family atmosphere with its own kitchen. 100% recommended

Poor facilities, but a lack of care and attention from the staff. They use a strange system: as soon as visitors arrive, they call, and suddenly the grandfather is seen. Until then, he can go for hours without any attention. Lack of staff and lack of professionalism. I've already filed the appropriate complaints through the established channels. Thank you.
