My experience has been entirely positive. It's a small, family-run residence where residents are treated like family, not just a number. The care they receive is fantastic, as is the support the entire team provides to families; this has been especially important during these difficult months. If I needed a residential care facility, I couldn't think of a better one. I wholeheartedly recommend it without hesitation. The residents are there, not just in their own homes, but in their own homes. My congratulations and gratitude to the entire team who strive every day to improve and overcome adversity.

I had two relatives (now deceased, one of them highly dependent) in the Moledo residence. I'm writing this not because I'm paid or because we're friends, but in recognition of their work. TO ALL THE STAFF, I'm certainly very happy, and so were they, since despite the reluctance of many elderly people to go to a residence, they soon didn't want to leave. Thanks to the sports, games, hairdressing, masses, etc., and good facilities, they could have routines like normal life outside the center. The staff is always the same, making the elderly feel more comfortable with those who care for them. Simply thank you.

This is a family business whose members hold management, nursing, and administrative positions. I believe that family ties take precedence over professionalism, and competence is not a requirement for job security. I would highlight the high stress level of the management team and the nurse's lack of empathy. The assistants are good, but overworked, which hinders the residents' quality of care. I think they dedicate too much time to religious activities, at the expense of other, more recreational or stimulating activities. I do not recommend this center, especially for people with a high degree of dependency.

Approximately four years ago, given the context of not being able to provide my mother with the care she needed, the family decided the best course of action was for her to enter a nursing home. The decision was difficult and complicated because everyone thinks that, in some way, sending "grandpa" to a nursing home is like sending a car to the scrapyard, but in reality, it's not like that... rather, it's about seeking to offer the quality of life and humanity that a person deserves in the final stages of life. Because if this nursing home has taught us anything, it's that behind every name, every person... there are countless incredible stories and experiences... We have shared wars, sorrows, sadness, joys, anecdotes, and curiosities that could easily be paragraphs in a novel. (You can't even imagine how much we've missed that little bit of time these past few months of quarantine, and how much we'll continue to miss it...) We love it when one of the nursing home staff would tell us stories that had happened in the days leading up to the quarantine, or simply say, "Beautiful!" or "We love you so much!" when passing by. Just so you know, for the families who come to visit from out of town, those gestures of affection are so much appreciated, and seeing so much affection and so many kisses and hugs for your loved ones from the staff has always been appreciated.

I had my mother admitted to this nursing home for the last few months of her life. She recently passed away. From here, I want to express my gratitude for the care she received. It has been a very good experience, despite the timing (COVID). Both personally and professionally, it has been extremely positive. My sincere thanks to both the director and the staff with whom I have come into contact.
