There's a staff shortage and the organization is appalling. They force you to keep strict time limits with the residents, which makes it impossible to give them the care they deserve. Even if you dedicate the necessary time to each person and don't do a bad job, several will be left unattended due to the excessive workload.

Once again, summer arrives, and with it, the disruptions to the residents' daily routines. Schedules for hygiene, breakfast, and other things are changed. The result is that the residents are disoriented and anxious. All of us who care for them know that routine is essential for their emotional well-being. It seems this company, which claimed in its meeting to be specialized in this type of resident, has forgotten these basics. When we ask for an explanation, the answer is, "We can't find staff to hire." Well, I have a few suggestions: - Improve working conditions. - Only take on residents for whom the promised conditions can be guaranteed. I believe this is a problem with the company, not the residents, who continue to pay religiously.

My mother has been in this residence for almost eight months, and her mental state has improved considerably since she moved in. She came because she could no longer live alone, and since then her cognitive abilities have improved tremendously. She has made some very good friends, loves participating in the activities, and feels very supported and loved by all the staff. They are a very special group of workers who care for the residents with great affection and gentleness, and I am incredibly grateful for their work.

I find it shameful that relatives have to take their clothes home to wash (it disappears) with what is paid in this residence, it is very expensive. The food is very scarce, more than once having to go to Mercadona to buy them something to snack on, several families doing so when we visit. The staff is never the same. They gave my friend's mother the wrong pills, they don't have control over many things. Lots of doors to the outside. It is certainly not recommended at all. The social worker does everything, to make an appointment with the doctor they tell you "you have to wait."

I want to express my gratitude to the wonderful staff at the care home: Lucía (psychologist and friend), the doctor, nurses, nursing assistants, floor staff, receptionists, the hairdresser... everyone I interacted with, including those who helped even though I didn't know them. Thank you for the respect, kindness, communication, and affection you showed my mother during her stay, especially in the period leading up to her passing, and for your support of us, her family, whom you made it possible for us to be with her. My deepest respect for your work and dedication. Thank you again.
