Puedo solo decir buenas palabras la estancia de mi abuela fue de pocos meses, debido a que era una persona muy dependiente y necesitaba unos cuidados especiales elegimos Ballesol una por cercanía de nuestro domicilio, por sus instalaciones y sobre todo por su buena atención tanto de su directora Ana. Como de todo el equipo de Gerocultoras, personal enfermería y médico y supervisoras del centro atención 10. Gracias por vuestra atención y buen trato. Mi abuela siempre estaba haciendo alguna actividad entretenida y adaptada a su estado, y sobre todo podía disfrutar de la misa algo que ella adoraba. Mil gracias Ballesol.

My experience was horrible. The management only cares about money. My father had a terrible time. He got lost in the facility several times, and there was no one to help him. He spent hours alone in his room. There was a lot of protocol and little humanity. It's just numbers there. The director could have been more humane. My father is no longer in that residence, but I definitely wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I don't understand how they can respond to a review from someone who has lost a family member with such a lack of empathy, as in one of the recent reviews I just read. I find it completely inappropriate. We had a relative there for many years, and when he passed away, they didn't even offer their condolences. It wasn't because we were neglecting him; we saw him whenever we could, and we were in constant contact with his caregivers, even though some of us lived far away. I wouldn't recommend this residence to anyone because, in the end, they treat the elderly like they're just numbers. It's very disappointing.

Simply the best care home I know. With a truly outstanding team, from cleaning and kitchen staff to maintenance, caregivers, nurses, activity coordinators, speech therapist, medical team, reception, and more. All led by a magnificent director (thank you, Ana). Thank you to the entire team.
