Ballesol Vigo presenta opiniones muy polarizadas: mientras algunos usuarios elogian las instalaciones bien mantenidas y la atención profesional y disponible del personal, otros denuncian una falta grave de personal, deficiencias en la calidad de la comida, atención insuficiente durante la noche y una gestión problemática con una dirección que genera clima de miedo entre los empleados. Las experiencias contradictorias sugieren inconsistencia en la calidad del servicio o posibles diferencias en las áreas de atención, lo que resulta preocupante dado el precio que los familiares deben pagar por una residencia

It is appalling to see how poor the care is at this place. It is absolutely understaffed. As a consequence the residents on the first floor are not properly cared for. Most employees seem unhappy and frustrated because they are overworked. The director is very unprofessional, very arrogant, who scolds the staff publicly. She has no respect for the personnel and for us, who have to witness her rudeness. Everyone looks afraid of her when she is around. Also, if we consider the price we have to pay to have our loved ones here, the service they provide does not meet the standards.

I'm giving it one star so I can have an opinion. The setting is beautiful, but the care is terrible. They don't answer calls at night, and the food is truly awful. All the elderly residents are practically asleep...why? What are they feeding them? I feel terrible for having trusted them and leaving my mother there for almost three months. I say almost because we paid the extra charge for the few days she was due to leave, but I preferred to pay rather than leave her one more day. Just two days of good food and she was back to normal. She was herself again, and the supposed dementia she'd been diagnosed with just a few days before, when I told them I was taking her, disappeared. They are elderly, each with their own scars, but they deserve the best. They have given everything for us. Some organization should inspect what's happening at that center.

Our experience at this center has been entirely positive. From day one, we found the facilities well-maintained, the environment peaceful, and above all, a professional team that was friendly and attentive to the elderly residents. The care has been constant, both day and night, with staff available whenever needed. In our case, calls were answered promptly, and any questions or issues were clearly explained to the family, which provided great peace of mind.
