Opiniones

This place is not recommended. The staff has little empathy or humanity. You can't visit your relative whenever you want; you have to make an appointment. They don't allow you into the rooms. On Sundays and holidays, you can't visit unless it's to take them with you. It's like a cage.

My grandmother tells me they treat her wonderfully, that all the staff, from the caregivers to the cook, are so kind. She left the hospital unable to walk, and now she can walk with a cane, and her cognitive abilities have also improved. It's a fantastic care home.

A very good experience; they have a great team. I'm very grateful to each and every one of the staff and the center's management. Thank you so much for the care my family member received. I will always recommend you because you deserve it. Best regards, Rosa Lago Loureiro

I'm the neighbor across the street and they park in the entrance of my development and we're going to start calling the police and they have the nerve to get angry when you tell them to take it away, disrespectful people, but I stand up to them. Do you think it's your parking space?

It's awful. They have two vans for transporting residents, which look like delivery vans. They're incredibly old, and when they break down, they transport them in a car, which is incredibly uncomfortable. They used to give them juice as an afternoon snack, but now, to save money, they give them water. If you care about your elderly relatives, there are better options.
