Opiniones

Our experience was negative, very negative. My mother's admission to that center, to put it politely, was the worst thing that ever happened to us. My mother died there. Eight hours had passed when I was notified of her death. Every day I apologize to my mother inwardly for the mistake of having her there.

My sister was taken in as a social emergency, due to a severe disability. She spent most of her time in the hospital. She died five months after being there. I think the workers did what they could. But they didn't even register her. Terrible management.

The most unbelievable thing is that the five-star rating is being given by the staff themselves; that says a lot about the residence. I read that there used to be nuns, but now it's completely different, with staff of dubious professional qualifications and zero empathy. The healthcare is nonexistent; for a private residence, it's extremely precarious, not to mention obsolete in every aspect. Below I read that it's very clean, even though they've had outbreaks of scabies.

They are shameless. My aunt was in that center for a year and a half, and they didn't care about her for a single moment. They forced her to sit in the wheelchair even though she couldn't manage it. They covered her body in bedsores, neglecting and abandoning her. And the tragic end... they finally sent her to another center, and thanks to them, she died. We buried her three days ago because of those so-called nuns, and after so much pain... because of the workers at this center, my aunt is no longer with us. They must be so proud of having mistreated a person with psychological problems, developmental delays, and immobility. Yes, sir. Please, I hope everyone reads this comment so that those who are admitted and those who are already there take it into account. There's nothing more that can be done for my aunt... but we will fight to make sure this never happens again.

A very clean senior residence, where they care for our seniors with great care and affection. Excellent facilities, it has everything to entertain and care for the elderly. It belongs to the San Rosendo Foundation.
