I'd like to share my personal experience. My mother-in-law lived there, and now my father-in-law lives there too, because he personally decided to move there. It's like one big family. The staff is lovely, from the caregivers to the office staff. They have all the necessary services, so residents can go to the hairdresser, the nurse, or the doctor whenever they want, thus promoting independence for the more dependent residents. I absolutely recommend it 100%.

I have to say that the treatment is unbeatable. I've been lucky enough to have family there, and I can assure you that everyone, both patients and family members, are very happy. At least with the ones I've been with. THANK YOU TO THIS TEAM for being so humane. I don't understand why they are sometimes accused of being incompetent when there are so many families who complain and aren't cared for at home. Keep it up. Best regards.

I think it's very hard for all of us to have to admit our family members to a facility and not be able to provide them with the necessary care at home despite having expert help. This has been my case. First, my mother, who had Alzheimer's for over eight years, was cared for at home with my father, with whom she lived. Finally, with a heavy heart because we didn't know what we were going to find, she was admitted to this facility. From the beginning, the experience was wonderful. We visited her and she was always very well cared for, and the staff was very caring, both to her and to us. They always kept us informed about everything. She was admitted until last April when she passed away, and I have nothing but positive things to say about the facility, its management, and its staff. So much so that my 91-year-old father was offered the option of admission, and although he had two caregivers and the whole family at home, he asked to go there. He's been there for three months now, and he's only told me good things. He goes to his physiotherapist sessions, and thanks to them, we're keeping him from being confined to a wheelchair. He's made a group of friends, and I have to say I'm happy again because of how happy he seems. I read comments here saying people are in bad shape, and from personal experience, I must say that after all this time, I can come in at any time without an appointment, and he's ALWAYS impeccable. Furthermore, if my father doesn't like something, he still has the authority to tell me, and he has nothing but words of gratitude for everyone. This is my personal experience, and although I was always reluctant to admit my parents to any center, I have to admit that if I saw my mother before, and now my father, happy, I am happy.
