My mother has been a resident of this residence for three years, and I have nothing but words of gratitude for all the team members, led by its director, Olga. I must say that Olga is the person who oversees absolutely everything: personal hygiene, clothing, medication, meals, arrivals and departures, caring for family members, facilitating visits, medical appointments, organizing rooms and closets, and much more, which is a relief to us as family members. She allows the rooms to be personalized, making the stay more pleasant for the patient. From here, I can only say THANK YOU to Olga and her entire team for the great work you do.

A close relative recently spent a year at the Virgen Blanca Residence. I want to congratulate the staff—caretakers, cooks, and nurses—for the wonderful care they received. Thank you. The facilities, although very basic and outdated, were clean and comfortable. The biggest problem with this place is Olga, the manager, who provides deplorable treatment with her shouting and rudeness towards residents and their families. She demands that the elderly be independent, and then gets offended when they are too independent, when they ask questions and require explanations. Not to mention how badly she treats her own staff, who DO know how to treat the residents properly. The elderly are cared for with love; they are not yelled at or disrespected!
