Vitalia Parla recibe opiniones muy polarizadas: mientras varios usuarios elogian sinceramente la dedicación, profesionalismo y humanidad del equipo técnico y asistencial, así como la limpieza e iniciativas de ocio, otros residentes y familiares denuncian graves problemas de seguridad como olvidos en la medicación, falta de personal en las plantas de residentes y deficiencias en la atención médica. I want to express my sincere gratitude to the staff at Vitalia Parla for the year and a half my mother, Maria Sanz, has been there. To the social worker, receptionists, assistants, medical staff... for the care and kindness she received at this center. I also want to highlight its cleanliness and brightness. MY EXPERIENCE, FROM A HUMANIZATION AND OBJECTIVITY VIEW: Thank you for the opportunity to share with a GREAT TECHNICAL TEAM (psychologist, O.T., physiotherapist, and TS facilitator). I would like to highlight the great professionalism and closeness with the residents. The healthcare department, especially Paola, is wonderful. The entire department of assistants and supervisors (Merche, Mari, and Nerea) thank you for supporting me, making me feel so good, and believing in me. Thank you to the reception staff, Lucia and Maite. Time hasn't passed. Management (Patricia): thank you for believing in me. I felt so good. The short time with you was wonderful, but it was a wonderful experience. You are very dedicated to your work. Assistant Director (Carmen): you are a delight. Thank you. The reception staff, social workers, and administration were very friendly and efficient. However, the situation was very different on the residents' floors, where there was insufficient staff, resulting in inadequate care for the elderly, missed medications, empty rooms at times, and general uncleanliness. As for the center's management, the director was particularly arrogant and completely lacked empathy.

Among other things, they have often forgotten to give my mother her medications and treatments, or even given her duplicates... a disaster in that regard. The food and cleanliness are fine. The medical care is scarce and nonexistent.

Today we celebrated the anniversary of the residence and all the residents had a wonderful time. They all seemed very happy. The residents and their families were given lemonade, snacks, and paella—everything was delicious. My brother lives there, and this is the first time I've seen him participate in one of the celebrations they have, in addition to birthday parties. He seemed very happy. The staff were all wonderful; a 10 out of 10 for everyone! Thank you so much for making them a little happier. Thank you, thank you!
