My father has spent his last year and a half there. We came from another private residence where we didn't feel the care was good. At Monteparis, from the very first day, we felt comfortable and happy with our decision, even though it was a difficult one to make. The care from the caregivers, nurses, doctors, social worker, and administrative and management staff is excellent. I would definitely recommend it, not only for the warmth and kindness of the staff, but also for its facilities, its natural light, its cleanliness, its food, its garden... I've even spoken with some residents who are quite independent and they are delighted because they feel like they're in a clean and beautiful hotel. It's a welcoming place where they take into account the specific needs of each person, and it has a very family-like atmosphere; almost every staff member knows everyone's name. Impressive in every way: impeccable facilities, excellent care for the elderly in a warm and welcoming environment. It offers all the services you could hope for, both for the benefit and enjoyment of the residents: from physical and mental exercises to a physiotherapist, a hairdresser, and a chapel where they can attend Mass daily. What truly stands out is how well-trained the staff is in working with the elderly, always smiling, patient, and kind. Congratulations on the wonderful work you are doing for those in need!
