Hello, good morning everyone. My experience at this residence in El Escorial has been excellent. The facilities are very suitable, and residents, like my family member (in this case, my mother), have felt very comfortable. The staff is, in my opinion, very kind and helpful. The healthcare professionals are very attentive, and treatments are strictly followed. Thanks to them, my mother, who used to have frequent hospital visits, has now transitioned to routine checkups. I must admit that any skepticism one might have about residences disappears after observing the work done over a reasonable period. They have a schedule and rules that, although they may seem strict, given that it's a place where people live together in groups, are necessary. Thank you to all the staff at the center who care for the elderly. They do a great job looking after our elders and fill the gaps that we, as family members, cannot address due to the demands of modern life. My deepest gratitude to this center and its staff. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I encourage you to continue in this way, as is the case in many other residences that put forth their best intentions. In this care home, only economic interests take precedence, with no regard for our elderly residents or the people who care for them. The image is very different behind closed doors, with extremely poor management of human and material resources. It is impossible to speak with the management and supervisors, who are primarily responsible for the center's operation. It would be beneficial if they focused more on humanizing the current situation and considering the proposals that are suggested but ignored.

My mother was admitted in November 2024 and passed away there in mid-June. Throughout that time, they supported my mother through the progression of her Parkinson's disease, caring for her, showing her affection, and speaking to her with respect and kindness. They are truly a very compassionate team. The support staff treated her with great care and affection, raising the alarm whenever she had urinary tract infections or spasticity episodes. Their dedication to her nutrition was incredible. The technical and medical team is outstanding. From the end of February, my mother received palliative care, and they supported her and ensured her quality of life until the very end. The management and supervisors were incredibly supportive and facilitated our stays so we could be with her during her final days. I have nothing but praise for them all. They treated my mother exceptionally well, caring for her and showering her with love during her last months. Regarding the criticisms I've read about the food, we ate the same menu during my mother's last week of life, while we stayed there during her final days, and the food was good. As for the laundry, my mother hasn't lost any clothes. However, it's a large facility with over 200 residents, so it's normal for some clothes to go missing. The rooms are clean, and whenever there's an issue, they call cleaning staff and they come quickly.

We have great confidence in the team they have, and we're very happy with the care and attention my grandmother receives. We love seeing how much she enjoys all the activities the center offers. 100% recommended, great team!

For a long time, I've had the opportunity to witness firsthand the outstanding work done at Sanitas El Escorial. From the daily efforts of the support and cleaning staff to the many professionals on the technical and management teams who dedicate themselves to helping the residents. They have an excellent Social Work department, dedicated nursing coordination, a friendly and supportive environment for supervisors, administrators, and reception staff; highly skilled physiotherapists; and a kind and trustworthy Director. I'm very pleased with the care I receive, and therefore highly recommend entrusting them with something as important as the well-being and affection of our elderly loved ones.
