El Centro Residencial Sanitas Carabanchel destaca por su equipo supervisivo profesional y dedicado, con excelente comunicación y atención personalizada según las reseñas mayoritarias, aunque presenta deficiencias importantes en el seguimiento médico de condiciones crónicas y en la adaptación dietética individual de los residentes. La mayoría de familias valora positivamente la calidad humana y profesional del personal, pero existe una crítica significativa sobre la falta de monitoreo de salud básico y consideración de necesidades nutricionales específicas.

The supervisory team across all departments is always there to help make the adjustment process as smooth as possible. They are always open to suggestions from family members (which are obviously sometimes feasible and sometimes not). Communication is excellent.

During the two months my mother was there, they never checked her blood pressure or blood sugar, even though they knew she had high blood pressure. Regarding the food, she always complained that it was too salty. In a center with many people, each with a different illness, they should have provided food without salt or, at most, several different diets depending on the individual. Very poor.

We would like to sincerely thank the entire team at the Sanitas Carabanchel nursing home for their professionalism, dedication, and compassion during the difficult day of April 28th, when the power outage occurred. We know that managing such a situation in a nursing home is a huge challenge. However, the entire staff responded with poise, care, and an exemplary attitude. We saw how they embraced the residents, how they remained calm and sought solutions at all times, never letting the circumstances overwhelm them.
