Impeccable service, friendly, kind, and courteous. My parents were hospitalized for a few months until their recovery, and we have absolutely no complaints. Excellent communication with all departments. Special mention goes to Clara, the social worker, who made our arrival much easier. Thank you for taking such good care of our elderly.

The exceptional care provided by the entire team is particularly noteworthy, especially that of the social worker, who is always approachable, attentive, and deeply committed to both residents and their families. We admitted my father to this center because it offered many workshops, activities, and services. I say possible because my father wasn't stimulated at all, which would have been very beneficial. No physical therapy, no therapist, nothing. According to the center, he couldn't be forced. He was there for 40 days. 40 days in which, day by day, we noticed his deterioration on all levels. Every time the door opened and they took him out, I thought about how they would take him out today. He came in walking, talking, eating alone... He was a resident with cognitive impairment that caused behavioral problems. He had medication prescribed by his doctor to help him rest at night, which took us 3 weeks to get him administered. According to them, it was too much medication, it was better for him to get up with the risk of falling that this entailed... A lot of apps, but communication with the family was non-existent, despite the fact that I met with them on two occasions. The app said one thing, but the reality was another. On my father's last day in the residence, I took him directly to the emergency room in a wheelchair, without teeth, with a muffin in his mouth that had been there since breakfast, and it was 12:30. They were unable to call me and tell me that they didn't see him well. My father was very ill. He died two days later from respiratory sepsis. During those two days of hospitalization, I missed one call to find out how he was... In short: he had 41 days left. AN ABSOLUTE LACK OF HUMANITY.
