I want to thank all the staff at the Residence. My father passed away on Saturday after two years there, and words cannot express the care and affection with which they treat everyone, especially on the third floor. I want to thank all the caregivers who feed, change, and spend time with the residents on this very special floor. The center has exceeded all our expectations. The facilities are beautiful and well-equipped, offering a comfortable and safe environment for residents. The team of professionals is clearly passionate about their work. Furthermore, the center organizes a variety of activities, even for families, so we can participate. It's reassuring to know that there is a doctor and nurse available 24 hours a day. Without a doubt, I would recommend this center to any family looking for a residential care facility.

My grandfather is here because he could no longer stay at home. It was a very difficult decision for my family, but it was undoubtedly the best thing we could have done, especially at this center, which has a large team of professionals working with them morning and afternoon. Since he's been here, my grandfather is more alert than ever, and we've even seen a significant improvement. A special thank you to the support staff on the second floor, who are all incredibly kind to him and to us, and to the reception team, who always have a smile for everyone.

It was a difficult decision. Only those who have been through it know, but in the six months my father has been at Sanitas La Moraleja, he has adapted very well, been very well cared for, very happy medically, and we, the family, have felt at home. Today we embark on a new journey at Sanitas Henares, with a public hospital, and we only hope he is as well as he was at La Moraleja. Thank you to all the patient, caring, and professional staff.
