My mother's stay has been the best she could have asked for. The entire team creates a calm, friendly, and caring environment, always attentive to the elderly. Their kindness is evident in every interaction. A truly wonderful team.

To help other families make a decision, which is sometimes difficult for us. My mother is 92 years old and has been in this residence to recover from a broken hip. For me, the most outstanding thing, and its greatest asset, is the staff. Professional, dedicated, very caring, and very attentive—exactly what our elderly need. I would like to give a very special mention to the Physiotherapy Team, especially to Oscar, not only for how he treated my mother, but for how I've seen him treat all the residents. I would also like to highlight the Management and the Social Worker, who are very approachable and eager to help and assist families with our requests. To the Medical Team, nurses, nursing assistants, reception staff, and all the other staff at the center, I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for their care of the residents and their families. I don't know if I will ever need a residence again, but you are at the top of my list.

Good afternoon, we want to congratulate all the staff who organized yesterday's Valentine's Day and Carnival party. It was wonderful, very fun and lively. The grandparents had a fantastic time, enjoying themselves immensely, and of course, so did their families. Thank you to Macarena, the assistants Ruth and Rosa, and also to Feli, the nurse, and to the cooks for the delicious and plentiful snacks. In short, thank you to all the staff who in one way or another helped organize the party. Many thanks from us all, and best regards.

I would have liked to write this review without so much pain from the loss of my father, but perhaps even more so because of this, I wanted to sincerely thank all the staff at Sanitas Henares who cared for Julián. Especially the angels on the 5th floor who cared for him with such affection and professionalism, and thank you to the afternoon shift who welcomed us from the very beginning and made everything easier for the family every day. Our gratitude to Cecilia and all the medical and nursing staff (the efficient transfer of Julián to the hospital near our home contributed to a smooth transition, with his family by his side), thanks to the physiotherapists, therapists, activity coordinators, and to Lucía, Yolanda, Marian, and Ana—to everyone. We will always carry you in our hearts because Julián's last months are inextricably linked to Sanitas Henares and to us, as a whole. We believe he could not have received better care and support.
