Sanitas Residencial El Viso cuenta con un equipo profesional altamente dedicado y unas instalaciones elegantes y bien mantenidas que generan una experiencia positiva en los residentes y sus familias. Aunque la mayoría de las reseñas destacan la calidad de la atención y el trato humanizado del personal, hay menciones aisladas sobre la falta de implicación de algunas familias en el cuidado de los mayores. En general, es una residencia muy recomendada por quienes han tenido experiencias en momentos difíciles.

An exceptional place with a professional and incredibly caring team. We were only able to enjoy the center for a year, but the short time our mother spent there was a wonderful gift. The staff were enthusiastic, there were activities for all levels of participation, and the facilities were elegant yet felt like home. I highly recommend it; it's truly worthwhile. There's no "like home" here. In the hands of dedicated and skilled professionals, my mother was transformed, and we were able to spend quality time with her during her last year of life.

After a year and a half, we left the Residence due to the passing of Cristino De Vera. I am very grateful for the care we received, from Dr. Joaquín, the nurses, the physiotherapists, the ward assistants, and everyone else. I would like to highlight the Residence's facilities, which were very welcoming and elegant, and everything was always clean, including the bedroom. Highly recommended.

The experience lasted two and a half months. After being diagnosed with lung cancer with metastasis, I took my husband to the nursing home. During those difficult times, the support from all the professionals, both for him and me, was magnificent. The treatment, the kindness, and their attentiveness to any needs I might have. With the occasional minor lapse, we're all human. He felt well cared for, and so did I. Thank you to all the professionals who looked after us.

We're very happy with the staff and the facilities, especially Pablo and Patricia, the two physiotherapists. They're very professional, and you can tell they enjoy helping patients. Plus, they're lovely—all the patients love them!
