    My sincere thanks to all the staff at Vitalia Moratalaz (Management, Supervisors, Reception, Caregivers, Kitchen, Laundry, Therapists…) for their care and dedication to the residents, and especially to my mother, who stayed for nearly a year and a half and felt very welcome by everyone. It was a great relief for me to know that she felt comfortable (even though it wasn't her home), and choosing this residence was a wonderful decision. Thank you all so much.     I wanted to thank the staff at Vitalia for making such a hostile environment as living in a care home feel like home to my mother. Naming everyone is difficult and would be unfair, as I would inevitably leave out some wonderful people. But I can't forget the healthcare staff, therapists, all the caregivers on every shift who are with my mother, the receptionists, and of course, the supervisors who do such a vital job. Thank you all.

    The only redeeming feature of this nursing home is the rehabilitation staff. They don't change the residents' diapers often, so they're covered in urine, with the resulting consequences. The food couldn't be worse. These are people, and many of them are in their right minds. It's OUTRAGEOUS for them and their families. It's painful enough not being able to care for your father because he can't walk and needs 24-hour care (Grade III), and the only solution we have is for him to be here. My next step will be to report the situation, because they continually make fun of us. I hope the people who run this company never have to hospitalize their relatives. PAINFUL.
