More than just a senior living residence, it's a family home, run with the goal of making its residents happy. The moment you walk in, you're greeted with kindness, welcomed, and introduced by name to your loved one. The warmth and affection are palpable, and as you can imagine, with such vulnerable residents, a dedicated, sincere, and professional staff is essential. And to top it all off, the Daughters of Charity sisters are always there, offering their support and assistance. Management, supervisors, doctors, nurses, technicians, and assistants all dedicate their efforts and commitment daily to this goal, a fact recognized by professional organizations that have awarded it the title of best in Spain on more than one occasion. I share this because I've experienced it firsthand over the years, having had two family members there, and they've shown me that I could rest easy knowing they provided excellent care, affection, and professionalism. My grandfather has been in this nursing home for the last four years of his life, and I can't express enough gratitude for the care, affection, and professionalism he has received throughout this time. From day one, the entire team—from the management to the nurses, caregivers, cleaning staff, and every single person at the facility—made us feel supported, listened to, and safe. They always treated my grandfather with dignity, respect, and a closeness that made this place his true home. The human and professional commitment of the staff is something that is not easily found, and I firmly believe that their work has made a profound difference in my grandfather's quality of life during these delicate years. His passing last week has left us with a great void, but also with the enormous peace of mind of knowing that he was in the best hands until the very end. It is no coincidence that this year the nursing home was recognized as the best social and healthcare center in Spain. I want to thank the care home for their dedication and care for our elderly residents. My father was there for four years, and words cannot express my gratitude. The director, doctor, nurses, assistants, cleaning staff, nuns... everyone was wonderful. They treated him with such kindness and were always attentive to his needs. I know he was very well cared for; his clothes were always clean, his room was clean, he was well-groomed, well-fed, and never alone. There was always something to keep him entertained. At Christmas, they made everyone feel right at home. I could go on and on with examples. Thank you.
