COMMENT WRITTEN BY MY MOTHER. I was admitted to the Ballesol Mirasierra 5-star residence for about a month and a half due to a pelvic fracture. I want to especially thank Ursula, morning shift, Mariam, afternoon shift, and all the night shift caregivers (I'm sorry I don't remember their names) for their dedication to me. The rehabilitation was essential, and I appreciate their interest. I want to thank Mariana, who accompanied me throughout my recovery process, being very empathetic and optimistic, which helped me regain my spirits. The meals could be improved. The laundry service is a bit chaotic, and they lose items. I hope this will lead to improvements and ensure that current and future residents have the best possible conditions.

They advertise themselves as a 5-star facility, but they're not even third-rate. Terrible food, neglect, unjustified charges, insufficient information, incorrect medication, a doctor with no qualifications... Numerous problems getting our deposit back. We requested to meet with the director several times, but were unsuccessful. They have zero interest in the residents and their families.

A lamentable place run and coordinated by individuals who, little by little, show you their lack of interest in their residents and families. They even show you that they aren't capable of approaching you, not even on the day you go to collect the belongings of the person you left in their care who has passed away. But that's yet another example of their lack of empathy. The doctor, or so-called doctor, is another person who shows us from the first interview that he acts nice and then turns out to be a fake. Furthermore, he would be wise to read the patients' medical records before considering things he doesn't even know how to do. He could also demonstrate that he doesn't know how to respond to a life-threatening situation before deciding whether to take a very ill patient to the emergency room. The nurse, the one with the music on his cell phone, also demonstrates his lack of professionalism when doing his job. Also, be careful with what you do and explain to her, as stated in the reports, which she should read, how to do things like treating wounds with staples. She doesn't know how to remove them, and she can leave the wounds open. A relative of mine has been a resident at this care home for many years, and the medical, caregiving, and management services have been excellent. I highly recommend them.
