Ballesol Tres Cantos goza de una reputación mayormente excelente entre los familiares de residentes, quienes destacan el trato humanizado, la dedicación del equipo profesional y la calidad de las instalaciones que hacen que los mayores se sientan en casa. Sin embargo, una reseña plantea una crítica constructiva sobre la necesidad de mayor transparencia respecto a los ratios de cuidadores por residente y el cumplimiento riguroso de protocolos sanitarios, aspectos fundamentales que la dirección debería abordar de manera clara.

As her granddaughter, I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the entire team at the residence for the love, dedication, and compassionate care you gave my grandmother, Josefa Gálvez, during the last year she spent with you. From the very first day, she felt at home, surrounded by people who cared for her with tenderness and respect. She always said she was in her "little house," and there is no greater proof that she truly felt loved and cared for. We felt the same way: your organization, the facilities, and above all, the wonderful team you make up, gave us peace of mind and comfort at every moment. I want to especially thank Rosa, the medical team, the physiotherapists, the caregivers, and everyone else who, although we can't name them individually, has left a lasting impression on her and on us. And, most especially, thank you, Diana. Thank you for your love, for supporting us, for pampering our grandmother with so much affection, and for being there for us during the most difficult times. I would like to share our experience with anyone who finds themselves in the situation we were in a couple of months ago when my mother broke her leg. She needed assistance with everything, and the BALLESOL DAY CENTER was the perfect choice. While we were at work, our mother was cared for and looked after by an excellent team of professionals. The occupational therapy team, healthcare staff, physiotherapists... absolutely everyone made her stay perfect. She felt cared for by a team that demonstrates a tremendous dedication to serving our seniors. If you find yourself in a similar situation, don't hesitate. We recommend it 100%. Inma Granados

I'm addressing anyone who may have questions about the treatment and stay of a resident at the Ballesol Residence in Tres Cantos. I have nothing but praise for the care they provide, from the time my mother was admitted until her death. She has been treated exceptionally well for a year, from the management, social worker, doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, supervisors, assistants, receptionists, hairdressers, etc. The treatment has been one of love, respect, and care, which has left my sisters and I very satisfied, making my mother feel as if she were in her own home. I would like to thank those people who have cared for her once again and commend the good work of the entire group of professionals at the Residence. We will be eternally grateful.

Could you tell me the number of caregivers per percentage of residents? I'm already thinking of taking my relative there, and this is a point no one seems to be addressing. Five-star ratings don't need to be considered, but one-star ratings do, and that's where the center's management has a professional and moral obligation to work. I expect a coherent answer, not just for show, before taking my relative, as I'm a healthcare worker and I'll immediately notice if any of the legally mandated protocols aren't being followed, and I wouldn't want to file a negative report with the Community of Madrid. I hope and wish that Ballesol is more than just another brand, but a center specializing in humane, healthcare, nutritional, physical, and empathetic care for our elderly residents. Both the center's director and all the staff will one day be elderly themselves, and they, like their families, will want professional and caring treatment. Sincerely. P.S. When I see the response and the daily treatment, I will raise the rating if necessary, as well as inform the CAM of the good work and professionalism of the center, because both for the bad and [hopefully the good] there are official channels to recognize or criticize it.
