During the last two years of my mother's life, she attended this day center, and I can only express my gratitude. From the very first moment, we felt she was in good hands. The treatment she received was always warm, respectful, and full of love, something that our family deeply appreciates. The team here is extraordinary. They not only provide care, but also offer companionship, listen, and ensure that people feel cared for with dignity and affection during such a delicate time. I want to give special thanks to Camila and, of course, to all the staff at the center. Their professionalism, patience, and compassion have been invaluable to us. Thank you for caring for my mother and for the support you have also given our family during this time.

It's a very special residence. The professionalism and care with which the entire team carries out their work is outstanding. The facilities are spacious and very bright. It has a beautiful and enormous garden, very well maintained, with different areas for both strolling and sitting and enjoying the surroundings. For us, it has been a true home. I want to express my gratitude to the staff at the care home for their kindness, attention, and help with my aunt's recent admission process. The wait to secure a place was long, but I believe it was well worth it. In particular, a huge thank you to Isabel, the social worker, who was always available to show me around the care home, answer my questions, help me with the paperwork, and showed admirable empathy towards my relative. And to the director, Pilar, for her availability and kindness during the admission process. I regret not being able to mention other staff members yet (reception staff, physiotherapists, therapists, etc.) because I haven't learned their names; however, the reception staff make a tremendous effort to remember mine, and they manage. My aunt has only been at the care home for a few days, so it's still too early to give my opinion on the quality of care, but the overall impression is very positive. I will update this review after more time has passed.

Tras más de siete años recibiendo el cuidado y el cariño del personal que compone la familia de Ballesol Latina, nuestra madre, Clara Marín falleció hace unos días. Sus tres hijos queremos por la presente agradecer la profesionalidad, empatía y trato humano de todos aquellos que durante ese tiempo han estado pendientes de ella. A las auxiliares, enfermeras, doctoras, fisioterapeutas, recepcionistas, supervisoras, trabajadoras sociales, directivas y a aquellos que se nos ha olvidado mencionar, gracias. A los que desde la primera etapa de su estancia la animaban a participar en las distintas actividades pasando por quienes realizaban las videollamadas durante la pandemia hasta las que han cuidado de ella en las últimas semanas que estuvo entre nosotros, gracias. A quienes han estado día tras día pendiente de su aseo, de su alimentación, de su salud y de su bienestar, gracias. Madrid, octubre de dos mil veinticinco

My mother spent her final months at this nursing home, and despite her resistance to being there, the entire staff showed boundless patience with her and the family. As for the facilities, it offers a perfect garden for strolling, and it's also very well located near the metro and buses, with easy parking, yet not in the hustle and bustle of the city center, which I think are pluses for choosing it if necessary. Thank you to all the staff from the family and my mother.
