Opiniones

My mother has been in this residence since the end of October, and I'm truly delighted. The atmosphere is very welcoming, and there's excellent communication with the staff. Almudena, the social worker, is always very attentive. The supervisor and the reception staff are wonderful. I'm so glad I chose this residence for my mother. Thank you so much for your support and assistance.

I had visited a few other residences, searching for the right place where my mother would be properly cared for. When I visited this residence and met Almudena, the social worker, I knew right away that this was the place I was looking for. It's located in a very pleasant residential area, and both its beautiful gardens and its facilities and atmosphere are welcoming and comfortable. They made everything easy for her to move in. Although it's very hard to leave your mother in a new place with strangers, the support of Almudena and the entire team was essential in helping me overcome that and reach the conclusion that it was the best solution for my mother. The wonderful atmosphere in this residence is complemented by initiatives designed to entertain and enhance her cognitive abilities, such as occupational therapy, live performances, and more. I just want to express my gratitude to each and every one of the staff members at this center for the care and attention they give my mother. To mention just a few, since I don't know everyone's name: Almudena (Social Worker). A warm, kind person, always willing to help and a great support to the family. Lourdes, Aurora, and Andrés (Reception). They always greet you with a smile. Natividad (Medical Service). Thank you for all the interest and care you have shown in helping my mother overcome the critical moments she has experienced. The close contact you maintain with Puerta de Hierro Hospital is an advantage for the care of our elderly. Sara (Psychotherapist). Thank you for your support and kindness. Grecia (She's always there for me). Thank you for your help and affection with my mother. Javier (Physiotherapist). Thank you for your efforts in helping my mother recover. I only have one concern, and that is that since July, when my mother was admitted, her condition has deteriorated significantly due to a hip fracture in August and a respiratory infection she contracted in November, from which she is still recovering. Despite this, I am sure that she is in the best possible place to recover. Finally, I wanted to thank everyone in general for making us feel like family and for making it not only a home for my mother, but for us as well.

I want to express my gratitude to the Sanitas Las Rozas Residence for the excellent care they are providing my mother. After a terrible experience at another residence, finding a place like this has been a true relief. The humane and professional treatment is impeccable. Both the nursing staff and the caregivers are kind, attentive, and always mindful of every detail, treating the residents with immense affection and respect. I especially want to highlight Almudena, the social worker, who is a delight. She is always available, facilitates any arrangements, and inspires a great deal of confidence and peace of mind. I am very happy with the care, the treatments, and the warm, family atmosphere. I recommend this residence without hesitation; it's a place where you know your loved ones are truly well cared for. 💙

It's never easy leaving your loved ones in a care home; it's full of doubts and feelings of guilt. But at the Sanitas Residence in Las Rozas, they make sure you feel like family at all times. They not only greet you with a smile and attentive care on the day you visit, but they do it every time you come back. They're always concerned about whether you need anything, answering your questions, and supporting everyone through the process, trying to make it as smooth as possible. How many times have Aurora, Grecia, or Lourdes been my shoulder to cry on during difficult times! I saw the therapist crying on the day of the Zarzuela Palace concert because all the residents were so happy. Yolanda's good humor with my father's "nonsense." The César family's willingness to help. The smiles that only Aurora could bring out in him… and so on and so forth. I admit there were things I disagreed with, but people can understand each other through conversation, and the office is always open whenever you need it. Thank you all, and thank you to Almudena, the first person you'll see, for making everything so much easier.

We placed my parents in this residence with great enthusiasm, believing it had a good team behind it, and what a huge disappointment! In just two weeks, they evicted two elderly people right in the middle of Christmas, claiming the center didn't meet the appropriate requirements to care for them, even though they knew perfectly well that both had dementia and the needs that come with it. They have a business mentality, not that of a senior care center. As soon as they see a difficult situation, they remove the resident. We haven't had a single meeting between the staff and our family to discuss the problem, and we haven't even met the director. Everything has been done by phone and in writing—what a lack of humanity when you're dealing with vulnerable people! Knowing how complicated it is to move two people during the Christmas season, they urged us to leave as soon as possible, instead of giving us the necessary time to choose a suitable place for them. We had to move them on different dates because we couldn't find anything and we were afraid they would be left stranded on the street. This situation has caused serious emotional and logistical hardship to the family, and especially to my parents, who need stability, not hasty transfers. It has been a tremendous lack of professionalism. I am astounded by the lack of foresight, mismanagement, and violation of the right to continuity of care. I truly do not recommend anyone bring their family member here. There are four caring staff members, but the rest have no vocation whatsoever. I don't know what they're doing there...
