Opiniones

We want to express our gratitude to the entire team at Sanitas Jardines de Sabatini for the care and affection my father, Luis, received during the almost five years he was at the residence. From the very first day, we felt he was in good hands, not only because of the professional care, but also because of the warm and caring treatment from all the staff. They were always concerned about his well-being, his meals, physiotherapy, and so on, and he felt supported by all the caregivers and staff at the residence as if they were his own family. At such a difficult time as his passing, we find peace in knowing that he was cared for with respect and affection until the very end. For all of this, we can thank and recommend this residence for the wonderful work they do every day. Thank you so much, and a big hug to everyone.

Pure business, zero empathy for the residents and their families. When my family visited the residence, they were showered with compliments, told they were "like family." But after a week, my father had to be hospitalized, and sadly, he passed away a week later. They didn't call us once to check on him, but they did charge us for a day the following month for not giving us five days' notice. It's a disgrace. When I called to request his discharge, the director's words were, "I hope he doesn't suffer too much," meaning she knew my father was very ill, and yet they didn't even have the decency to ask about him. I absolutely do not recommend this place.

My mother was with them for two years until her passing. After several changes, they were the only ones where I felt at ease knowing my mother was in the best hands. Their professionalism, empathy, and compassionate care, both towards my mother and me, were crucial during a very long and painful process. If I were in a similar situation, they would undoubtedly be my choice again.

It's a bland, soulless place; the atmosphere is quite depressing. It offers absolutely nothing to justify its high price. There are no activities, the food is meager, and the staff seems friendly but comes across as cold.

I can only express my gratitude for the care I received. My grandfather was admitted for a broken hip, and he was the one who decided to stay because he was doing so well. They were always attentive and pleasant; my mother couldn't rest easier knowing my grandfather was being well cared for there. María, the occupational therapist, always brightened her day. The physiotherapists did an unsurpassed job. The assistants were attentive. The social worker guided us. The supervisor was a 10/10, and the director always made time for us and took care of this great family we all form. Thank you so much.
