Sanitas Residencial Alameda recibe opiniones extremadamente contrastadas que reflejan una experiencia muy desigual según el residente y circunstancia. Mientras la mayoría de familias elogian ampliamente la calidad de la atención médica, fisioterapia, instalaciones y profesionalismo del personal en casos de recuperación postquirúrgica, existe al menos un caso grave documentado de falta de empatía y trato inadecuado hacia una residente con Alzheimer, lo que sugiere inconsistencias preocupantes en los estándares de cuidado y atención personalizada hacia residentes con deterioro

I'm not happy. My mother has been a resident for several years, and I've already accumulated several complaints. The last straw was yesterday when the pianist who plays on Fridays decided that my mother, who has Alzheimer's, was bothering him too much and preventing him from concentrating, so he kicked her out of the concert. He did this with a microphone in hand, in front of residents, aides, and family members who didn't intervene at all. It's very hard to have a sick relative and then have them treated like this in the place where you're supposed to be helped to care for them. And it's a general pattern of a complete lack of empathy towards residents and their families.

My father spent two and a half months recovering from surgery for a broken tibia and fibula, and I can only say that we couldn't have received better care than that provided by the Sanitas Alameda de Osuna residence, both to the resident and his family, who were attentive to our needs at all times. One wonderful thing about this residence is that each floor has a dining room/common room, so patients who are cognitively sound but have some mobility issues can be together and continue sharing their lives with other residents in similar circumstances. Being able to choose the menu (and having it prepared on-site) is also a fantastic advantage. The physiotherapy and the care received at all levels were superb. We are incredibly grateful.

I can only sing the praises of this residence and express my deepest gratitude. Yesterday, my 65-year-old sister left after undergoing lumbar stenosis surgery that had left her unable to walk. She walked out on her own two feet. All the staff are incredibly attentive and truly outstanding professionals. They take wonderful care of the residents. My special thanks go to the doctor and to Nelly, the physiotherapist. I'm not giving them more stars because there aren't any more.

My grandmother spent almost four months recovering from a fall, and it was a wonderful experience. We were delighted with everything: the facilities are new and spotless, the food is delicious and varied, the laundry service is very quick, the activities with Paula are delightful, the physiotherapists are all excellent, the medical service with Sandra and the nurses is top-notch! And all the staff who care for the residents and are always attentive to their needs are incredibly kind and charming to everyone—Estefania, Lupe, Alejandra, and the rest are all true professionals!

My mother lived in this residence from autumn 2022 until the beginning of 2025, when she passed away peacefully at home. I wholeheartedly recommend this residence (I know of others firsthand through family members). The care is excellent. The staff is very professional, and the management at all levels is truly outstanding. Some people might have concerns about its location. It's situated right at the end of metro line 5, making it easy to reach and park by car, and it has very good bus connections. But that's not the important thing. What matters is that when you visit, you see that the residents are well cared for, clean, and comfortable. They feel at home. Even compared to other, more expensive Sanitas residences, this one is far superior (and I know what I'm talking about). Thank you so much 💚
