La Residencia Vigor destaca por su excelente gestión, profesionalismo excepcional del equipo y un trato cálido y humanizado hacia los residentes, generando un ambiente acogedor que se describe como un hogar familiar. A beautiful nursing home, with magnificent management, good staff, and superb facilities both inside the center and in the grounds. The elderly feel at home. And we family members feel welcomed by both the staff and the elderly. With continuous visits, you grow to love everyone. Now, after five years and having lived through this pandemic, I must say it's a 10/10 nursing home. Both the management and the entire staff are GREAT PROFESSIONALS. They have dedicated themselves to the elderly so that they won't notice the absence of their families. They have protected them 100%, and have kept the families very informed. And they continue to work hard to keep the nursing home virus-free. The elderly are happy, and the families are very proud of this nursing home and its staff.

The managers couldn't be more involved with the residents and families; they do an exceptional job and have a great team. My grandmother has made Vigor her home, and we're very relaxed. The management of the pandemic has been excellent. Thank you!

My father spent a year in this care home, and I will never have enough time to thank you all for everything you did for him. No one deserves it, but this team, who worked with such dedication long before anyone else, long before even our authorities and politicians, fought tooth and nail in complete isolation, without help, without resources, without even basic supplies, against all odds, to defend those elderly people they cared for with such love. They fought against the virus, against the administration, even against the families themselves, using their strength and common sense to their advantage. I just want to offer you my full support, to offer my help for anything you need, anything I can do, bring you things, or whatever else can be done. Truly, anything. I carry you in my heart, I will always carry you, and I will never have enough time to thank you for what you meant to me during my father's last year. He was finally able to rest, but you have us, his family. I'm sending a huge kiss to the whole team, and a very special one to Mónica and Virginia, the heart and soul of VIGOR. They have cared for Dad for a year with such love and professionalism. The staff and management of the center are exceptional. I want to send them all my love, affection, and solidarity for the situation they have had to endure. They have fought harder than anyone to keep the residence free of disease, and unfortunately, this terrible third wave has overwhelmed them with all its brutality. They didn't deserve this after the enormous effort and work they put in throughout the pandemic. My thoughts are with everyone!
