La Residencia Soto Fresnos destaca por su personal cálido y profesional, sus instalaciones bien mantenidas y su ambiente acogedor con hermosos espacios verdes, recibiendo mayoritariamente valoraciones muy positivas de familiares satisfechos con la calidad de atención. Sin embargo, existe una grave preocupación documentada sobre protocolos médicos deficientes, ya que se reportó un caso de negligencia en la detección de una caída que resultó en consecuencias fatales, lo que contrasta significativamente con las demás experiencias positivas y sugiere inconsistencias en los estándares de cuid

Very friendly and caring staff, with excellent follow-up care from the doctor and nurse. We are very pleased with the care received by the entire nursing home staff. I hope my mother-in-law enjoys this wonderful environment for many years to come.

A care home with professional staff and a very humane and welcoming atmosphere. What stood out most was the flexibility in scheduling outings, visits, and activities. My mother, Inmaculada, has settled in very well and is very happy. 😊

It's the largest residence in the village, with attentive and qualified staff. The cleanliness is excellent, and the rooms are very nice. The price is reasonable for the market. The adjacent park and views are superb; the garden is spectacular in spring and perfect for pleasant walks. The staff and management work well together, and there's a positive work environment. The village has almost all the necessary amenities, and if you need to visit family, you can enjoy a morning in the mountains and some excellent restaurants if you go out for a stroll.

It leaves a lot to be desired, they are friendly, if there is no problem. They inform me that my uncle is going to the emergency room by ambulance, that two days ago he fell out of bed, when he arrived at the hospital I found him throwing up, (you can imagine what he was throwing up), I told the doctor that he had fallen out of bed in the residence, they quickly did a scan and told me that he had 2 hours to live, and so it was, this happened in August 2016, I informed the residence that he paid with my uncle and they told me that the doctor from the residence saw him and he was fine, if they had taken him to the hospital and done a scan, surely my uncle would not have passed out. What happened
