Opiniones

It's a nursing home with adequate services. Not expensive, so no luxuries, but it's not overcrowded so the treatment the residents receive is very humane. It has a lovely garden in the entrance and the building itself is quite spectacular.

The residence has a large number of caregivers who look after our loved ones with true dedication, affection, and compassion. The cleaning staff is also caring towards the residents and, in general, very kind to everyone. Special mention goes to the reception staff, where Rosalía and Estefani are true professionals, always ready to help with any problem, question, or situation that may arise, with their warmest smiles and genuine desire to assist us. Thank you so much for everything, and to everyone!

I want to report and document that thefts by staff from residents are occurring at this care home. Residents' families should keep a close eye on their loved ones' cash, and the facility should take action.

My experience wasn't very good. My parents were there for about eight months. We were promised occupational therapy, social and cultural activities, and rehabilitation, but in reality, they did practically nothing. Furthermore, the residence is very old and poorly maintained. It needs significant improvements, the most important being the monitoring system for elderly residents with dementia. We found the medical service appalling. However, the staff's attention and treatment were always very warm and caring.

Good afternoon, I would give it zero stars, absolutely terrible. They never let you into the wards, which creates distrust, but the reason is clear: they keep people with Alzheimer's in bed sleeping all the time. My father was admitted there, and they only had him on a sofa bed, a sofa bed. When we went to see him, it took them more than 20 minutes to bring him in, and he was near the dining room, so we deduced that when we arrived for our visit, they started to get him up. He was always very thirsty, drinking very anxiously. Twice they brought him in with his hair disheveled. One day I saw him very ill, so I went to reception to call the doctor, but he had already finished his shift, and the nurse was overwhelmed and didn't come down. At 5:00 in the morning, the night assistant called me saying he was calling an ambulance because he had a fever, abnormal heart rate, etc. They transferred him to the Princesa Hospital, and he died three days later. The case has been reported for negligence. Help! We had a meeting with the Director and the social worker, but the nurse who was supposed to attend to him didn't show up. A disaster...
