"We brought my mother here a few months ago and we're delighted. The staff are incredibly friendly and professional; they're always looking after her, both physically and emotionally. The facilities are modern and very clean, and the garden is an oasis for the residents. The food is homemade and high quality. It's very reassuring to know she's in a place where she's treated with such care and where her well-being is so important. Highly recommended ❤️"

I want to thank Lucía and all the staff. My mother spent almost a year in this care home, and the care she received couldn't have been better. They treated some very bad bedsores until they healed completely, and she was happy during her time there. She was always very clean and well cared for. The way they treated us, her children, was wonderful; they were always so kind. We will miss you all. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart.

We visited several nursing homes when my father began to have special needs that we couldn't meet at home. Lucía, the director, made everything easy for us, and from the very beginning, we found it to be a welcoming place with excellent staff. We were very close to him, so we went in and out of the nursing home almost daily, and we always found him calm and well cared for. I would like to thank all the staff for making Santa Gema his new home.

They don't allow people without significant cognitive impairment to have their own cell phones, which deprives them of autonomy. They don't always let them use their phones. My grandmother was there and was robbed by staff while she was sleeping. I'll update to say that they tried to make her sign a paper, even though she's incapacitated, to absolve herself of responsibility, as a report had been filed for the theft. They later locked her in a bathroom to berate and intimidate her for having filed a report. Evidently, SHE'S NO LONGER THERE, and the police have confirmed that this isn't the first or the last report they've received. I want to congratulate the nursing home for being an example of doing everything NOT to do with the elderly.

Mi suegra está encantada, lleva tres meses en la residencia. La directora es un amor al igual que el resto del personal. Está todo muy bien organizado. Mi familia esta feliz por la profesionalidad y el cariño con que tratan a mi suegra.
