I want to express my sincere gratitude to the entire nursing home team and its director for the human quality, commitment, and warmth with which they work every day. From the very first moment, we noticed the dedication and respect with which they treat the inmates. The facilities are very pleasant and have a large garden that fosters well-being. Without a doubt, it is a place where both the mental health and quality of life of its residents are cared for. I recommend this nursing home with complete confidence.

Terrible professionals who mistreat families and have zero empathy for residents and their families. I would strongly advise against choosing this residence, as they tend to neglect residents when they need the most care. The 20-year-old director is rude, completely lacking in empathy, and has no qualifications whatsoever, yet he's in charge of people in need—you can imagine the situation.

A wonderful residence; the staff's treatment of the residents is exceptional. The empathy and care they show is truly remarkable, and the helpfulness of the management team, especially the director Borja, is outstanding. You can always talk to them about any problem that arises, and their willingness to resolve it is outstanding.

When my 89-year-old father was very ill and suffering from aggressive outbursts due to his dementia, I found myself alone. Neither the hospital nor the social worker offered me an immediate solution, any urgent help for this situation. At the hospital, they gave me 24 hours to discharge him because he was physically stable. They didn't help at all with the psychological problems he was suffering from, and although we tried to bring him home, everything went from bad to worse... 24 hours. During that time, I had to find a suitable center that would take him in, that would take us in... nothing. And God put "Santa Fe" in my path. Good God and the good people at MIMA and ASESMAYOR helped me in my search. A beautiful and suitable residence in Zarzalejo (with a mountain that my father loved to see). The director, Borja, told me, "Don't worry, your father will sleep here tonight," and he accompanied me by phone throughout the entire process, informing me at every step of the way. I'll never have enough words to thank that angel of light 🪽 and his entire team for the help and care they gave us. My father's dementia stabilized with them for a time, and his pneumonia improved... He passed away because his body couldn't take it anymore. Although the pain still doesn't allow me to live a "normal" life, I felt the need and duty to thank you for your attention and care toward him, and for that, I will be eternally grateful. Thank you, Borja. Thank you all.
