My mother-in-law spent three months recovering from surgery and had previously been in two other care homes. This one has been by far the best, thanks to the professionalism and care of the staff and the quality of the food. The work these people do is so important.

We have nothing but good things to say: from the kindness of practically all the staff, to the food, the rehabilitation specialist... In short, thank you all.

The nursing assistants, like everyone else, have some good ones and some very good ones. The nurse has a great personality, is professional, and has a big heart. The physiotherapists are fantastic. And to top it all off, the management makes decisions that, in my opinion, are wrong.

I have no words to express my gratitude to all the staff at this residence. My mother was a resident for a month and a half, but her health had already deteriorated significantly, and she passed away at Valdemoro Hospital. All the staff—caretakers, nurses, coordinator, and psychologist—gave her all the necessary care and so much love. It's a modest residence in terms of facilities, but the human touch is unparalleled.
