I couldn't be more grateful to all the staff at the care home. From Sole, the director, Susana, the head housekeeper, Corina and Emma, the nurses, the reception staff, and all the caregivers who looked after my father during the three months he was there. It was a very short time, but we had ample opportunity to witness the incredible kindness and compassion they possess. Thank you for being so kind and patient with him. And thank you for taking such good care of him, especially in his final moments. Thank you also for your kindness and for treating us, his family, so well. We always had an open door to the office where we could talk, clarify our doubts, and you reassured us when we were worried. I want to give special recognition to all the caregivers on every shift because you always greeted us with a smile and kindness. We know how difficult and thankless your work can often be, so I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for your care and attention to my father during this time. My Aunt Juani has had 16 happy years at the Sacred Heart Residence, or, as she called it, "my house." I only have words of gratitude for everyone. It's been incredible how you've been there for her until the very end, and the support we've received. We'll never forget you.

A wonderful place to care for our elderly. Clean, well-maintained, and with dedicated and friendly staff. It has a courtyard with flowers and trees, in a peaceful location away from busy streets and traffic. They attend to every aspect, from medical needs to leisure activities. Special mention goes to the director and the housekeeper, as well as the two receptionists.

Excellent care, not only for the residents but also for their families. They take great care to do things properly. My grandmother is very well looked after there.
