Sin embargo, existen discrepancias en las percepciones sobre la conducta de algunos miembros del equipo, lo que sugiere que aunque la residencia proporciona un buen ambiente general y cuidados satisfactorios, hay aspectos puntuales que podrían mejorarse en la comunicación y el trato.

The first thing I'd like to say is my complete disagreement with the latest review (Brutal LYTY) about Destiny, a staff member at this residence. To form an opinion, the first thing one must do is have accurate information. This person, in addition to being a highly professional individual, is also a wonderful person who carries out her work with the utmost empathy and respect for her residents. Furthermore, it should be noted that Destiny is deaf, which means that when speaking to others, she may use a slightly louder tone, but this is due to her condition. I didn't want to miss this opportunity to share my personal opinion. My warmest regards to all the staff at the residence and especially to Destiny.

Good afternoon, my brother Ignacio passed away two and a half months ago. The Nuestra Señora del Rosario Residence was his home and ours for three years. It's true that some situations arose that could have been improved or avoided. That said, I feel it's only fair to say that our experience at the Residence was positive. Yasbel is a wonderful professional and person, always open to listening and finding solutions. Yolanda is the most upright and dedicated head housekeeper I could ever imagine. Aides like Mila, Rosa, Eva, and Destiny were fundamental in Ignacio's care. The nursing team is cohesive and always concerned for the residents. My eternal gratitude to everyone who cared for Ignacio as if he were family. And to the families, who are sometimes too demanding and don't empathize with the situations that may arise. Yasbel, thank you for being so wonderful to Ignacio and his family. Yoli, thank you for always being there for me. Mila, what can I say? This photograph perfectly captures your character and work ethic. A huge kiss to everyone who does everything possible to make the residents feel at home. And please accept my apologies if we haven't always been as understanding as we'd hoped. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

What a lack of respect!!! I'm going to think twice about letting my father stay here. I was in the living room with him; he was half asleep when suddenly a girl named Destiny came in and started yelling at the staff as if they were slaves... I can't imagine how they treat our loved ones when we're not around... What a lack of respect! I'm going to take the video of the yelling to the social services inspectorate!

In my opinion, and with the obvious caveats because nobody's perfect, the atmosphere is wonderful, as is the care provided by the caregivers and nurses. Everything could be improved, but it's a good place for the elderly.

My father stayed at this residence, and all the staff are wonderful. They are very caring and attentive to the residents, making sure the first thing they do is get the residents up for breakfast and lunch on schedule, and also taking care of their afternoon snack and all their needs.
